It is a decent card. Most effective against inactives, but since it is common, it will probably become quite cheap, and thus see a lot of use against others as well. I think this card may be a good idea.

But I also think we should get together the legendary cards first.

what is this going to be worth on the market - not much in my opinion.

I would love to have this when trying to zero out the gc on an inactive - however I see it as a card
that will just collect in my inventory and probably get burned up by a gris gris because they don't sell for enough on the market.
or Is my math just off today?

I think you're right, Will.

However: This will probably become a rather cheap card. Also, it is a threat if not removed. Thus, I see this card as something that may be used to force targets (or their protectors) to spend clearing voodoo. Which is expensive.

Also, the existence of this card will make it even more important to be part of an active guild. If that is a good thing or a bad thing is up for discussion, of course.

3 common cards that can provide 3.6M gold over 24 hours?? Of course that would NOT get cleared because it would just get replaced buy 3 more common cards.

The proposed version of 1,000gc, average 2, stack 3= 144,000 gold in 24 hours (3 cards). Oddly that's exactly the current price of a credit on the credit market so I'd expect this card will sell for just less than 1/3 of a credit which seems about right. To a new player 144,000 is significant and to a guild the possibility of draining an inactive's fleets is significant. I believe the original proposal is just right.
