Can voting change with shifts of power...? As in... I vote for a treaty with x country as a Duke. My vote power is then 10. I change to King. 10 votes are lost.

Probably has been suggested before, but in case it hasn't:
Would be great to be able to see more detailed expenditures and not just daily. Like Influence Costs, Gold Smith costs, etc.
