Guild Recruitment Settings

We are always looking for ways to improve the game. In fact, since the beginning player suggestions had played a major part in game design.

We read all suggestions.

This idea was also laid out in the original suggestion.

The idea definitely has merit and use. I don't recall why I didn't include this in the suggestion rewrite. I'll add it now.

Key points I would say is that:
1) Available for use by any guild regardless of Guild Recruitment Setup
2) Permission Based (Owner can delegate view and edit via Guild Power)
3) Adding a Player to the List will Kick them if they in the guild.
I'm only here for Game Development and Forum Moderation.
