Cost: 5 Insight, 1 Treasure Fleets and 250,000 gold.

Explanation: You get to see the past 25 transactions that the player fleet has done, whether it be moving port to port/Buying gold bars or even stocking resources! This would be ideal, for those that like to hunt for Gold Bar fleets or are just curious to where the fleet goes. Yes this could 'favor' the Pirate side when it comes to use, but the victim could use this card to track which port it has visited to plunder it

I have stacks of common cards and 80% of which get used on Gris

That is a lot of power in a common card. Maybe the card has a place in game, but not at that cost.

I don't like this card so I don't know what to suggest for it.

You can stop a pirate with 2 cards, and they are common.

Not sure I like this one at all : the target will not know anyone has cast it and the caster then waits at the relevant port and skirmishes the GB shipment when it shows up. Nothing the target can do can prevent or warn them of this act. That seems a bit OTT to me.
