Control the Board!

Postby Admiral Nelson » Sat Dec 24, 2016 5:19 pm

Name: Control the Board
Type: Legendary
Turns: 8 Turns
Duration: 1 hour
Card description: The Laws of time are mine!
Once a member is attacked in a port, it comes up with a notification. This would stop it coming up for a hour, meaning all his friends can not see you attack unless they look in Guild Battles!
Cost: 25 Advanced Piracy, 25 Insight, 4 Flying Dutchman, 3 Fugitive From justice, 3 Expedition Journeys and two Mindbar with a cost of 2,500,000 gold coins!

Although it could be declared, this is a official Pirate buff - I think it would still make a good Legendary card, and at the cost it would rarely be used. With its duration being strict, you would have time for one raid!

This would not make attacks invisible - They have Port Battles, Guild Battles and Voodoo on Members to still look at.

That is the most expensive legendary voodoo I've seen to date.

The concept is not bad. There were "undercover of night" missions/raids pirates did to try to not draw attention.

I would drastically reduce the cost of voodoo to make but I would also include a 30% chance of being "discovered" (your first mate kicks over a bucket and alerts the guards)
I don't fear death. I look forward to it with great anticipation. For then I will met God face to face and let him know that I stole his Man of War!!!

That first mate, after that stunt would no longer be a mate at all.

But yeah, I guess it could have a chance of 'screwing up' perhaps a 25%-30% chance...

1/4 chance. But how would you know, would it alert you the battles are not undercover?

Yeah. An alert should notify you saying to kill you first mate. ;)
