Can only cast on self.

Why only cast on self? This would be something that could be cast on friends to help them out when they need it, or to help newcomers get started faster and easier.

gonna have to go with -1. if used right it can be a bit over powered.
doing some quick math, lets say you save up 200 turns(max you can have without buying storage.)
use 3 of these and you have 140. you can now build 28 Brigs in one go for 5 turns a piece. or you could build 9 Brigs of War. this card could potentially make it to where a player could spend one day doing tons of ship building, and flood the market with ships. then use those creds they get, to repeat the process and it would eventually lead to many ships to lose value.
I don't really care for most ideas that mess with turns. since turns are the games most valuable resource.

I personally dislike this idea, but I guess others may see it differently. Also, I am very reluctant to new "non-legendary" cards, as they will water out the deck. Anyone think this idea is worth going forward with?

I think any turn reduction aid should come in the form of an add on to shipwright tech. I posted an idea awhile back that unlocks at lvl 13 I believe
