When you are caught you lose 100k from your hand treasury and the voodoo is canceled, the fine is higher then the gain for the reason of the chance of 20% is quite low. And so the pirates continue their endless rampage of killing suggestion from merchants.

So what's the chance of getting 10K vs 30K each hour?

Is it consistent, as in 10K per hour or random each hour?

Randomly between 10k to 30k this means you can get 25489 or 17492 or whatever numbers between them.
