Whenever target fleet is attacked, it would lose 18 more danger point, but will always lose the battles.

My fleet loses the battle.
Would I just wait until someone attack me then use hideout? I would rather lose the extra battle than to automatically lose a battle. Never know when the attacker will mess up.

The Hideout card reduces your danger by 18 points ao your card is too similar. The small differences do not justify making the voodoo card pool larger.
As a side note, it is a card that almost anyone would get benefit from but unfortunately, the idea has been already used in a similar invention.

If you have more than 1 fleet with danger 3+. Whenever a fleet is attacked, all fleets with more than 3+ danger point will lose 18* but will always lose the battles.
*If fleet has less than 18 but more than 3 then they lose X amount where X is the current danger on the fleet.
