Target ship cannot leave its current dock, during this time it will not lose 1 danger every hour. The danger loss from attacks is not reduced.
If the target ship is in a fleet, the fleet will be stuck at the dock but will still lose danger normally.

~If the ship did not lose danger from attacks during this time period, newer players that have left their grace period may wake up to find their ship has been looted by user "Pirate Roberts" :lol:

Isn't the danger rating applied to the entire fleet not just a single ship? How could the fleet's danger rating diminish while one of the ship's danger ratings is still high? If possible wouldn't the fleet still show the highest danger rating?

I think this should be a fleet based curse.
