i would put a time limit maybe a month but forever is a little to long

I will change the forever, but I find that the requirements to build are larger, thus some nice bonuses should be included. I think one week does not make this card too powerful.

I vote NO even with the time limit set to one week. The resources in this game are far too well protected as it is. Extra protection like this is way too powerful.
