I also believe that the name shouldn't be Pandemic, as that suggests a HUGE regional crisis, however, epidemic works fine!

And "National Immigrates" doesn't quite make sense either. Immigrate is the act of moving somewhere for a long period of time, if not permanently. Immigrant is the person doing it, with immigration being the act, so National Immigration would be the correct saying.
