+1 to what Chaulbad said. this card is way too overpowered to be just a normal card

Too overpowered right now. More specific wording is needed, by the way.. "Gives unlimited plunder attacks." Does this mean attacking costs no turns? Do ships not lose danger- leading to them being able to be plundered constantly? I'm sure there are some pirates that would love to try at your coin stash with this card, especially with the state it is in right now.

I do think your choice of words for the effect is confusing: unlimited plundering, as Ferd said, would mean that ships that are on the plunderboard would not lose their danger. You should reword it to "plundering does not cost any turns" or something like it
