Rare card or legendary
Cost 60 turns
No turn cost for plunder attacks for one hour.
Cons. Can't cast other voodoo or use bank wial under effect.
Can't be removed by other voodoo

I think it should be legendary and use some self-sacrifices/other voodoo to use.

+1 to what Chaulbad said. this card is way too overpowered to be just a normal card

Too overpowered right now. More specific wording is needed, by the way.. "Gives unlimited plunder attacks." Does this mean attacking costs no turns? Do ships not lose danger- leading to them being able to be plundered constantly? I'm sure there are some pirates that would love to try at your coin stash with this card, especially with the state it is in right now. :lol:

Always thinking inside the box no wonder you never get anywhere. There is always ways to access coin mate.

It's casted on your self. Has nothing to do with danger rating. And it says no turns needed for that one hour. I don't expect a moron to understand tho after he insults about coin purse and current state cause he his some dum kid trolling forums.

I do think your choice of words for the effect is confusing: unlimited plundering, as Ferd said, would mean that ships that are on the plunderboard would not lose their danger. You should reword it to "plundering does not cost any turns" or something like it
