Hostility Ranking

Would it be possible to have yet another ranking? It would be nice to know where my hostility ranks with other players. Wouldn't matter where I could find the information. It could be a tab for each country or in the tavern. But I would really like to know this information.

Top 10 Hostility per Nation
OR
Top 10 Hostility (Just total hostility points across all nations)
I favor the second as it removes some specifics that should only be applicable to those within that nation.

Maybe title it something like "Nation's Most Wanted" or "Enemies of the Crown."
