I think something that would be immensely helpful for bankers is to have a new tab in their bank that can be used to keep track of players who are good at paying back loans, and who is not. The banker can add certain players to a list, Such as a blacklist where they put players who do not pay their loans, when such a player asks for a loan request it does not show up to a bank they are blacklisted at, while another list which you add people who have a good record of repayment.

I also think that when you blacklist a player in this tab, it automatically sends a message to all other public banks that said player was blacklisted. Also make a restriction to where you can not blacklist a player unless they have a loan that has not been paid, to prevent a banker from just blacklisting a player they dislike.

I'm working on an in-game credit report suggestion. It allows bankers to pull a report for any player with an open loan request. It would show previous & current loans and their payment statuses. It ties into my current suggestion of Loan Management. (viewtopic.php?f=4&t=3006)

I think your idea could be very helpful for bankers in managing loan requests from bad players, but I question if it should block completely loan requests from a particular player. A player can turn themselves around and start paying loans as they should. Maybe if it flagged a loan request from a blacklisted player.
