Danger Halt Activation (Small)

I wish it was possible to just be able to click something to toggle on Danger Halt as opposed to having to open up the edit route menu. I tried to turn on mass Danger Halt earlier and when I mass edited it defaulted all my port choices to a default port so now all my trade fleets are sailing to said default port. Would be easier if this feature could just be toggled on and off on demand.

+1 Ability to change only what you altered in mass would be extremely beneficial.
