This way, you can get rid of your crew in the most piratic way!

For Pirates, it should generate gold coins when they do it in this way (5 gc/head) while for the rest it should generate hostility with their own country (1 point/head - although perhaps this can be exploited and should not be implemented but fun to mention).

There is no great need to get rid of people in the middle of the sea, but I find it a good humorous (or maccabre) addition.

+1, This one is for all of those people who realize you only need 15 crew members to sail your merchant fleets and you could be shedding upkeep costs..

I guess approved. I don't really see a need for this. I've never considered trying to remove crew from my ships when they aren't at port.

Not really necessary but I see no reason to disapprove.

So.. I approve of this however it should be quite low on the priority list.
