Moderator powers within nation forums (Small)

I would like to ask that moderator powers be made available within nation forums : ideally, this power should rest with the King, being the supreme power within the nation.
Currently, any amount of abuse, trolling, spamming and other acts, many of which contradict the basic rules of etiquette as mentioned in the TOS, can be posted and cannot be removed.
If the game demands standards of behavior, enforced by moderators, in the public forums, then surely it is only equitable that such standards be upheld in the nation forums, which, given the open access nature of nation citizenship, should be considered public forums too.

+1 to this idea. It would be nice to simply clean up the forums as well. Many nations have several old topics that do not seem necessary to keep around.

Indeed, past offensive or sensitive posts made by long-gone citizens remain forever as well.

Censorship should then be a national law, where there has to be a majority of the votes in favor of establishing censorship and the rights for the king and/or governors and/or dukes to perform the censorship.

censorship is a strong word but yes, that is what it is : same as it applies in the forums : there are rules so we self-censor to follow them or get sanctioned when we break those rules : I merely ask that the same applies in the nation forums, which are 'effectively, public forums which any player can access and post on by dint of doing the first mission.
I ask that the Monarch is given that power by right, as they had it by right historically : preaching rebellion, sedition or mutiny was punishable by the ultimate censorship of death.
If we are to trust and accept the judgement of the forum moderators, then why does the nation forum require a higher standard of trust or judgement in its moderator? The Monarch rules, after all, advised by their Council : its historically accurate and its practical.
If such power is to be legislated, I would ask it be given as default, then the Monarch and Council can decide to remove it if thats their wish. If they dont want the power, its probably simpler to just not use it.
I'm annoyed when I read the forums of late in my own Dear Nation : racial slurs, mindless spamming, sexualised abuse : and such detritus will remain for ever under current rules, even when the offender is long gone.

I would add : the spamming/trolling/abuse is all against the TOS that all players agree to upon joining the game which apply to all communications with-in it : seems daft to have to bug the admin to sort such stuff out when a moderator can do so simply and quickly, same as they do in the Tavern Forums.

Aye, that would be useful too!
