On the Manage Your Fleet page (action=managefleet), when you pause or activate the trade route you get sent to the page for List Trade Routes. I'd prefer to stay on the Manage Your Fleet page. The drop down menu makes it easy to keep track of which fleet I'm working on and which I should work with next.

I second this request. I was thinking the same thing but didn't get around to posting it as a request.

Pausing your fleet from the Manage fleet should return you to the manage fleet page.
