Well... there's what should happen and then there's what does happen.. but when you dont know the exact conditions of a formula its harder to judge how far off the scale it is.

Fame affects it.. but we dont know how much weight it has.. equally we dont know how much weight is given to nation rank held... we just are told it does affect things.
