New War Rule: Voodoo Lock (Small)

Voodoo Lock - Execution

If you sink or plunder the last ship of a player, the opponent can no longer target other players with his/her voodoo for a period of 96 hours.

Last ship in total. There should be sufficient punishment if you ever lose your last ship. It is now easy to get a new one and this seems to be a problem.

It is after all too hard to remain with 0 ships so there needs to be sufficient penalty if you manage to lose it.

It should be especially useful in wars while we can use the particular as a metric in an attempt to script wars in the future. This should count as an "execution".

maybe,

it could easily be avoided by keeping a few howkers out of fleet. or to sell your last ship yourself.
also in time of war, it would weaken the guild even further. so at least voodoo like generosity and purify should be allowed.

Guild wars are the main -if not the only one- reason for this. There needs to be some obvious "wins" and "losses" and this will make the obvious also have an affect in war.

Does this take into account ships you have docked or not in a fleet? Or is it last floating ship?

This simulates a player being lost at sea - a viable concern for any war.
