Very interesting take on the escort idea and realistic. It could also potentially make the plunder screen more manageable if fleets started traveling in groups or were listed by player. I think maybe, since they gain danger as a group, they should lose danger as a group if attacked. It would need to be balanced so it saves losses for traders, but so a lucky / good pirate can still profit. I lastly like this idea because it promotes battles without needed a player to cast voodoo. It is a player voluntarily giving fleets danger for his own benefit. Maybe give convoys a trading bonus so everyone wins for sure?

+1 Approved Tentatively, I would really love to discuss the ups n downs of this idea more
