Construction Permissions to Building Permit (Small)

Now that Plantations have arrived, I have been evaluating such. I did not know whether to put this in Typos or Suggestions - As it may be changing quite a bit of the game.

What it states:

You do not have a construction permission at Baramas.

You need a constructions permission to begin your own Plantation.
It is valid for 1 port and costs 100 credits.

Beware though! Plantations require tremendous amounts of resources to run and are risky ventures!

My point:

Does anyone else think "Construction permission" sounds long winded/wrong use of words?
I personally believe it should be renamed to "Building Permit". Yes it does mean the same thing in hindsight but, less of a mouthful.

What it would read after changes:

You do not have a Building permit at Baramas.

You need a Building permit to begin your own Plantation.

What does everyone think? Am I just rambling on or does it sound better?

I agree Building Permit is better than the current Construction Permission.
