Suggestion:New player (Small)

Here you can find all the ideas/suggestions that have already been approved by administration. These ideas will stay here in queue till they are implemented or... postponed! Feel free to browse through the ideas, add your own ideas and help us prioritize them correctly.

You are overlooking one thing..... Players under beginner protection can attack other players under beginners protection. If you remove them from the plunder boards, they will not be able to complete some of the missions until they surpass the 1000 turn mark. Or as Shadow stated earlier, they can choose to forego protection and attack a player outside of the veil of protection.

An Icon would make sense here. Or maybe their names could be highlighted in a different color.

Don't worry about. I just find it ironic, as this is the second topic in the last few days where this has occurred. In the other topic I stated the issue a good 3-4 times in different posts, then Shadowood says the same thing and one post later, "I agree with Shadowood".

It really is not that big of a problem when you try to plunder someone and it says no. Imhop.

How dez's idea suddenly becomes shadows idea, maybe more of an issue. Lol.

I kind of like the mystery of ability to attack a new player but have no opposition to and indicator either.

Thus, this is probably a worthless post, excepting me defending people taking dez's ideas and crediting them to shadowood. Less you can prove me wrong. In wich case this is a totally useless post. But then again perhaphs its just the ale talking.

I agree that this is a really minor problem, more of an annoyance then anything, But I figure it would be fairly simple to add a little icon for those under protection, just to spare players the annoyance of wasting a few seconds on an attack they cant do.

Edit- just remembered there is a forum for mini-requests so maybe bring that idea up there and that should take care of it.

I like to see them, it shows who is going to most likely stay. And gives you an idea of their ideas. An idea of their skill

Agreed as well. New players attack new players and how are they suppose to learn ? Older players should be able to recognize these new fleets with danger on them and not even try to hit them.

It's also good for recruitment to be able to see them.

We could add an icon though.
