Nation Forum (Small)

I believe that any new posts in Nation Forum should trigger an event feed.
The whole "New Guild Discussion"
For nation it would be "New Nation Discussion"
Instead of bringing something down, add to it to make it better.

+1 I think "New Nation Message" is more applicable.
