The connection used to load this site used TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1, which are deprecated and will be disabled in the future. Once disabled, users will be prevented from loading this site. The server should enable TLS 1.2 or later

After checking out info on web it may be chrome are responsible for the warning and the only way to to fix is:_
To prevent the ERR_SSL_OBSOLETE_VERSION notification, webmasters will need to enable TLS 1.2 or later on their websites.
You don’t need to deactivate support for versions 1.0 and 1.1. Instead, you just need to make sure your site enables connections via Chrome TLS 1.2 and/or 1.3, so users with newer browser versions can visit your site safely.

Also, can you tell me which antivirus you have?
What you get is basically a notice. You should be already connecting using TLSv1.2
Here is what I get:
- Code: Select all
Connection - secure connection settings
The connection to this site is encrypted and authenticated using TLS 1.2, ECDHE_RSA with X25519, and AES_128_GCM.
You can view the same by going to Inspect -> Security tab (on Chrome)
Previous TLS versions are open in order to support older devices. Although I am considering to exclude them.

Try refreshing your browser and if this does not work, go to your command line and type: ipconfig /flushdns
