I got a notice that there had been a game update. Everything seemed normal. But then I went to check to see who was in the council of Spain, and I noticed that all of the stylization on all of the nations tabs has completely disappeared.

Yes, this is a bug. CJ did some UI updates.

Fixed. Please note that as per 1.9.260 update, there has been a core update that affects the User Interface (UI). This is expected to affect the whole game. Please if you spot any interface breaks, like this one, report right away. Do not hesitate to open a new topic here.
