Chat Box..slow or blank..delayed whoops/coloured letters

I have managed to screenshot the trouble I am having with the chat box today. Nelson said he had trouble yesterday as did I. Today it is worse. I have mentioned before that often the whoop will sound but no message for 10 or even 15 secs and a lot of the time in last 2 days the chat box is empty even tho it tells me msg and I have already been in conversation.
I will paste the screen shot in General pls for you to see? The only thing it show is that there are 2 (what I presume) are speech bubbles spaced 2 message box widths apart.
