[Resolved] Server Time Stuttering

I've noticed something a bit odd when watching timers run down on the server, such as the timer until the new day starts on the Quartermaster page or time needed to wait until more turns can be bought. If you click it and let it run for a bit, it seems the time slows down that passes. In a more clear sense, the timer will say xx:xx:33, for example, and then if I refresh the page it will be xx:xx:13. Nothing happened besides a split second refresh of the page, certainly not anything 20 seconds long to make such a long gap between the perceived times on the pages. Anyone else experience this or know the cause?

Example: https://gyazo.com/f15db8d86cc069b5b4616f82b692d261 -- Minor difference in time, sometimes it is more, sometimes less. All I did was refresh the page.

The time display there is based on your browser. There can be many reasons for this, all relative to your setup and not relative to the game or its actual time.

It also plays no role as well, as it is merely a display for you and you only and nothing more.
