Advanced Piracy - Skirmishes

As per CJ I am moving my request for this from the Mini Requests topic into its own suggestion.
I would like to see the Advanced Piracy voodoo card updated to include skirmishes.
While a minor increase to gc plundered, I believe it fitting to effect skirmishes as is does plunders considering the skirmish feature is in essence a pirate maneuver.

No. Coastal Piracy already does that.

Broadening the topic, I'd wish effects to PvP could apply to PvE too.
