Well, I inspected the code for compatibility issues. It really is a problem of some extension/addon. I want to help you with this though.
We tweaked it - let me know if it works now. Odds are that it still won't work but please try.

Btw, does any of the other + and - buttons, like the ones at the ship/card market and at treasure hunt, work for you?

yes all the other +/- buttons work. no the mass upgrade one still does not work.

It does not seem to be registering with my device as a button. when i hover over the other buttons, my cursor turns into the pointing hand instead of the triangle. with the mass upgrade one, it does not do this.
