[Fixed] Plantation Worker Skill level Absent

you realize every time you say stuff like that I have a work "accident" that gets rid of a large portion of workers :D

I'm unsure if I would call this a bug.

If the worker experience levels are knowingly incomplete, I wouldn't call it a bug.

Although a maximum limit is assumed for workers expertise, they can involve beyond this point. This helps with new workers flowing in the plantation.
Stan's workers obviously have risen above this limit.

What I did, is only fix the "View" part. They will still be mentioned as gurus and you will have no way to know how good of a guru they are.
This was only a typo. Which means that after the fix, no functionality has been changed.

Please verify the fix in order to close this.

So sorry. I can confirm in 2 ports there is still no expertise showing.
This can be a good thing as I can cycle new workers thru until I get a GURU ranking and then stop as to not drive expertise down further than I would like to.

Please have a look again. It should work now.

In fact, I slept on your idea last night and I thought to follow what you said. So, when your workers go overboard, the game will now report this.
I have added an extra skill expertise that is outside the "bonus scheme" and named it Lazy Gurus.

So, a Guru or a Lazy Guru affects your plantation the same. However, you will now know when you have workers that are over the maximum expertise level they can achieve and you will be able to manage them taking this into account. I have also added a small % margin to always ensure that you won't lose the maximum bonus over small alterations. Which means that the margin where Guru equals Lazy Guru is so large that is ineligible to take into account. A bit complicated I know.

Anyway, please make sure that this also displays correctly at the workers market. Then I will close this one.

Yes I did and in display of one port as lazy guru it was again as you described. I have not checked market display all the ports that were 'over educated" but no reason to think it won't work the same way.

Unfortunately, the failure to display workers expertise is again happening in Vaas, Hannes, Baramas, Caspian, Gasp and presumably other ports I have not yet verified.
Some ports i am unable to verify the status.

I also noticed a discrepancy in Prote where Lazy Guru was just displayed as guru in the sale list .

Unless people know the lack of a displayed expertise denotes a "Lazy Guru" however any attempted sales are possibly impacted.
