[FIXED] Ship loses 2 levels

All we know so far, is that it happens with caladan. We will have a fresh investigation on this.

Which fleet ID conducted it this time? Last time, it was 64107.

This probably isn't it, but could it be 2 people trying to attack the same fleet at once? So the plunder page still says no to the second attacker (If fleet is below X danger). However the battle is taken as if its done twice?

I would be interested to see, if Caladan got both levels 'Plunder' Worth.

Hmm, could be, but, at the time, I was being attacked by only 1 person.

I haven't counted yet, but I think got a total of 6 double de-levels in a raid.

It doesn't happen when the raid on me was done when I am offline.

Unless it's because I didn't see it. I am unsure.

The double also happened when nelson was attacking me, I can guess that the double is random.

It is unlikely for it to be what you say, as there was 6 doubles and it would be winning a lottery to have 2 people attacked the same fleet at the same time 6 times.

Went back to count, total of 7 double de-levels.

Fix Issued
We issued an extensive system to deal with the probable cause of this. This might create short term issues, please report ASAP via Contact Us form for anything you might experience in the next few hours.

The New System
We created a queue system when attacking any fleet (either plunder or skirmish). The first one to attack, this one will only be served. If it happens to attack on the same time as another, the system will delay up to 5 seconds before registering your attack (99% of the time, there will be 0 delay).

Side Affects
If it works flawlessly, then you may get a message that the fleet is unavailable or under attack but still get an attack on the fleet (you will be able to tell from the log). Anyone with a faulty mouse may experience this.

We are not 100% sure that the root of the problem will be fixed. However, in lack of any other possible causes, this is where we ended up to.
