i think giving a birthday bonus to players is a great thing,the gift maybe should be a pack of voodoos or maybe something else,,,we knew that when we register we dont have to put out birthday,maybe the day we start play this game will consider as our birthday or an anual anniversaire played this game..hopefully GM will consider this.

Btw if you click 'User Control Panel' at the top left of this page. Then right under the title 'User Control Panel' there should be a toolbar. Click 'Profile ( second from the right), and at the very bottom you can set your birthday.

owh,,,it new for me,,,yeah,that make thing easier,,,but we also knew that not all player had involve with conversation in game forum,,,maybe GM should announce first to all of the player to update their status in tavern,,if he agreed with this...hehe

Birthday bonus (based on real birthday) would be great, especially if PG was integrated within Facebook more. In general, I can see how more Facebook integration would expand the exposure of PG and bring in more new players. PG/Facebook interaction can only be a good thing for the game.

While birthday bonus would be good, it could be exploited (except if we let you update this only once).

On a more structured design, we could give a bonus (in credits perhaps) every anniversary since you joined the game plus a happy birthday (and perhaps a listing somewhere in the game) whenever you have a birthday.

My birthday is on the 13th this month. Feel free so send gift if you like

When its someone's birthday you can see it at the bottom of the forum board

It's a nice idea, but I doubt it will happen not too many want to send voodoo to another player more so if from another guild in case it is used against them, however it would be nice if the birthday was acknowledged and rewarded more so if it was going off the date joined that would give incentives to players that have played about a year or longer and seeing as you can not fib about the date you joined would ensure that it is fair for all.

The rewards if any should reflect how long they have been active in game and on the forums e.g. a player that has been playing for two years will get better stuff then a player that has been playing only a year, credits would be a good choice of gift, or voodoo, or gold, or even a random gift box that could contain a random chance of any of the items above or a ship, MOW excluded of course.

How about a free Voodoo Curses Booster Pack or two on your (real) birthday?
