it been 2 weeks since i got this problem...is it just me who having it or everyone??actually it always happened before but now it getting more serious,,,

Joxill is right, I have heard a few of our members complain of buggy chat, so its not just him.

my chats been weird to like really messed up sometimes i cant open conversations

having trouble talking to friends through IM, hasn't been working for about 2 weeks. checked chat options and everything is abled all I get is systems pop-up notices of new players. but when any friends try to get a hold of me, they have to go to inbox

Make sure your friends have you in their friendlist and you the same.
Have you tried to Hit shift + f5 to refresh? Not that it solves anything but since I am unsure of your problem, it might help.

Generally, the only known problems are with small screens.
