Possible Game Feature

In order to help new players (first two or three weeks) I would like to suggest an automatic feature.
Attacks on the newest players should generate double normal danger. This would ensure that new players are not automatic targets for attack. After their first few weeks they would lose this bonus and hopefully will have received guild training. Perhaps new players without a guild should get a month? I believe this should also include a 10 attack limit, if they attack 10 or more times the feature vanishes. However i believe that new Players should be able to attack and defend themselves against each other normally. This will give older players incentive not to pillage the weak, and go for the real glory.
