Up until yesterday I had a hyperlink in the game header for 'Present Available!'. This link took me to the section of the game that showed me when I could collect my 12h present(s), send a 24h present to a friend, or see if my wife had left me any presents. I no longer see this hyperlink, and despite reading through the forums and asking in-game friends I can not figure out a way to get to the page. I have cleared browser cache multiple times, and logged out/in without any success in getting it to show up again.

Can someone please tell me why the hyperlink disappeared, and if there is a link somewhere in the game that will direct me to that page?

I told u that the presents are not available so it doesn't show and yes they is a link to go to the present page. You click your gold amount then on the right their is actions. 1 is called Presents Page it is the second to the bottom that will take u there.

Sorry, I misunderstood what you were saying I guess. The link never disappeared when I collected my 12h gifts, it was always there whether they were available or not, until yesterday. Thank you for the information on how to get to the 'presents page'.

-The link appears only when there are presents available. Up to 3 presents are possible. If at least one is available, the link appears. If not, the link does not appear.

-The link never appears when you are in presents page, even if there are presents to take.

-You can get to the presents page as mentioned above.
