Well, what's the exact issue and could you explain it. It makes it a lot easier for humans to fix something when you explain it out instead of having them search through a bunch of numbers and statistics.

Got no clue what all that means. I agree with roi use words to explain not all # and symbols.

These seem to be 2 different missions. A single target may count for any open mission that is relevant. If you want to avoid this (as the only scenario for such a case right now is to have open both a titles mission and a change nation mission) you should cancel the mission you don't want.

Well it seems I was wrong, and or the devs are extremely talented at looking at that and cutting out what they need and don't need.
