Governer fame

since there arent any perks to being a governer we should recieve recieve fame based on port size

Currently you get nothing out of it. Later you get to do some silly clerical work of some sort ore another. The satisfaction of having served your port will have to hold you over until the punishment for achieving your status is activated.

because governors only get their name on a port they should be allowed to chose which port they govern. They would have to make a list of all the ports their country controls. The governor with the most influence should get to control the first port on his/her list, The governor with the second total amount of influence should get number 1 on his list, provided that it isnt the same port as the first governor, or if they are the same he gets the next un-governed port on his list and so on. The governors should be allowed to update their list when ever they want or once in a certain time period.
