Global events : just look back thru to seevthe date of the announcement you opened one.

As Danik said, you can already see when you started (founded) your plantation. Although it would be nice to know on your plantation details (and maybe within your biography) the day it was founded.

Knowing how many days since the plantation was founded would be a useless stat to display.

Which brings us to the only stat that would have worth in relation to plantation's age:

Days a planation has been operational. To be an operating plantation, it needs to have an operating permission, rented acres (or fertile lands), and at least 1 worker.

I also see that there is a dated achievement in your profile when you get your first plantation. I dont know if you get further achievements for subsequent plantations as I havent gone further with them but might be worth a check.

you get an achievement each time you open a new facility.

However is it not reflective of when you got port operating permission and acres and actually opened it

It appears you are correct, I had not realized that.

Time spent improving. Wouldn't consider that plantation age.
