Turns every 10 mins ticks on exactly on point with the game time.
Same with plantation ticks.
Same with most of the other ticks that exist if I miss them.

I think he wants all updates i.e. server ticks to occur simultaneously... which is a bit counter the whole purpose of such 'ticks' which is to spread server load and avoid such massive calculations occuring at the same time...
