When talking in the 'Guild Discussion', it would be better if you could tag people.

An example would be "@Mugiwara are you online?" and the tag, lights up in a bright colour to identify you have been tagged.

On top of this, it could be helpful if a notification appeared in the 'notifications' bar to identify you have been tagged..

"Admiral Nelson has tagged you in the discussion - Click Here to view!"

Another helpful thing could be in 'Guild/Nation threads this can happen.

Seems a bit much considering without being tagged you get an alert. I for one wouldnt want to be bothered with yet another alert if they want to speak to me that bad they can find me in my pms. I like the current system much better than what you propose. If anything i wish we had the capability to make chats with whoever we wanted to include, the way it was when I started

it could have good usages but there should be some limits. players should be able to use that tags based on guild ranks to avoid spams.
Also like dman said i want to see the old chatroom aswell. it was a lot easier to communicate but its another topic.
