What does the other players and CJ think of a museum in Avon?

It may be a nice feature if it can be incorporated with the full history of the vessel.

Many may have aquired some very unique ships that are basically worthless. For some it may feel
like killing a part of Avons history by selling them back to the shipyard.

''Tis a very good idea. Being able to display an old ship for some time would be great. Perhaps a 30 day loan. At the end of 30 days you may take it back. Ship must be old or have a specific reason why being displayed.

As shadowood says, it must have something unique with it.

As an example I may have the first SOTL to change ownership via the ship's market.

It has seen it's fair share of battles and thanks to the redbearded dwarf on board that curses worse than a galley wench in her prime, she has won
most of the battles she has seen.

What it can't be is a place to be used as an added slot to your marina. Must be able to avoid abuse.

Maybe a vote to put it into the museum maybe? Or just asking the admin

Possibly the dev team or another selected group of individuals can be allowed to vote? Or maybe the top helpers as well

some may be donated for good just for safekeeping old history.

A small script should be easy to hack together where a small portion of the lesser notable ships may have a rotation in the museum.

sounds cool to me.

sounds pretty good so long as it cant be abused.
