Color Coded Market Sales

Looking through the Card Market this morning and this idea popped in my head. I myself am not sure it a good one or not, but thought I would throw this out to the community to see your thoughts.

Since the Card and Ship Markets uses averages of the last 10 sales (for cards), 15 sales (for ships), we end up with a nice Decimal.
We as sellers can't sell items for fractions so we must go higher or lower then this decimal point.
Example: Flying Dutchman (avg 3.5) You must list it for 3 or 4. (Above or Below)

We as buyers are always looking for "deals".

My suggestion is:
Anything that is listed "Below" the Avg Price is Green in color
Anything that is listed "Above" the Avg Price is Red in color

Let me know your thoughts

I made this suggestion which is similar a while back

William one eye wrote:How about once you have searched a card - you can sort by lot size - or end time
and a feild is added indicating if the cards are selling below, equal to or, above market average.

I am suggesting above, below and equal, to avoid the issue that average price will sometimes not be a whole number

Then add a check box - add to cart

Then add a page with a shopping cart so you can review your possible choices and place bids

You could add a bulk bid check box to select all the cards you choose to bid on and bid all at once

I think that would improve the bulk buying experience a bit.

I'm going to say No to the suggestion for the simple reason that currently, it is easier to miss a deal and the next guy could catch it.
I have been both lucky to find a deal and unlucky to miss the odd one. If it were color-coded, that little piece of work would be taken away from us and no more deals would be found as they would all get scooped and made aware of not from the attention of the player but, a little task that demands some concentration.

+1 for that comment. im buying voodoos with that way. always trying to save some credits and find cheapest bids. for a while im checking voodoo market 7/24. definitely it will be useful i cant deny but it will make my efforts mostly useless aswell:)

Do you know how good i feel when i saw a west india for 2c or 2 kraken for 1c. i can say it feels amazing:d dont take that happiness from me :(

This was one of my hesitations on this post and why I wasn't 100% decided too. It does take the extra effort out of it to find a deal... But then I thought that it may help some "sellers" get noticed as they really need to make a sell, perhaps its new player needing credits. Torn really as I see pros and cons

When my voodoo chest was just getting started, I would comb through the market looking for deals finding the odd one.
Of course, back then, a busy voodoo market was 30 pages so it was possible to get through it in a few minutes.

I see pros and cons also.

With or without the value indication, I would find the shopping cart very useful
