Since some of the battle rolls have been discussed more in depth, I would like to ask about how ATT is determined per level increase.

Does previous or current ATT have a role in what the next level will gain?

This is important, perhaps if current ATT is a variable then MasterCraftsman can be applied before. Depending on sequence and variables.

It is declared as " Random ", I think. You can get up to 51 attributes just by 'upgrading' to level 10.

5 Attributes per level = 50.
Then you get one to start of with.
= 51

I once got a 49 attribute Frigate without using any MC's. That is when, you could re-build them and get 100% though.

I'm sure it's a 3 4 5 random.

Aye you are correct in yer thinking... 3-5 per time.

If you click Ctrl + W whilst upgrading though, it gives you a additional 3 points.

There was one time where I cast Expedition Journey on a SoTl, I got 7 att points, and times where I got 3 att points even after repeated unlevel and relevel, from there I have concluded how the system is, but I don't want to repeat the long long explanation again, after the fact that no one wanted to listen to it.

If you got 7 you most likely cast two expedition journeys by accident.

The Sotl was level 9, I upgraded it to level 10 and got 7 points, before the upgrade, the att points on the ship was very low.
