Hideout Building: Script Forge

Max level : 20

Build cost
10 Million GC
1000 Gold Bar
20 Credits
10000 Wood
5000 Iron
2000 Tools

Upgrade Cost
Each level will increase the GC cost of the next level by 1 Million.
Eg. Level 2, 11 MIllion, Level 3, 12 Million......
Each level will increase the Gold Bar cost of the next level by 10%.
Each level cost 5 Credits more than the last.
Each level cost 500 Wood more than the last.
Each level cost 10% more Iron more than the last.
Each level cost 10% more Tools more than the last.

Level Bonus
Each level decreases voodoo craft time and upgrade by 2%.
Each level reduces cost to craft by 1%. (Does not reduce to credit costs.)
Each level unlocks more voodoo to craft.
Each level unlocks more level to upgrade on a voodoo.

Uses
It has 2 uses.
Craft normal voodoo, at the cost of GC / Credit or anything of value.
The cost depends on which voodoo you are making, each voodoo takes time to make, you can make more than one voodoo at a time, with a queuing system. Some voodoo are unlocked with level, some are forever locked and can't be crafted.
Eg.
Build 1 Rum Festival
Cost 200,000 GC.
10 Mins
Build 1 Ambush
Cost 6 Credit.
30 Mins
Build 5 Mindbar
Cost 2 Purify x 5 = 10 Purify.
5 x 1 Hour = 5 Hours

Upgrade normal voodoo, at the cost of GC / Credit or anything of value.
There is 2 type of upgrade,
Upgrade once and is active forever for that voodoo. With a large cost and a large upgrade time.
Upgrade a voodoo with 1 quantity, for one use.

Eg.
Forever/OneTime upgrades:
Upgrade all duration common voodoo with a +2 Hour duration to them. Max level : 5
Cost
20 Credit
2 Million GC
128 Hours

Single Voodoo upgrades:
Upgrade 1 quantity voodoo Hostile Native
Level 2
Adds +4 Extra Danger whenever a fleet visits a port.
Level 3
Can Stack x5.
Level 4 (Max)
Cast cost only 2 turns.
Cost 50, 000 per level / per quantity.
1 Hostile Native per level / per quantity.

Upgrade 1 quantity voodoo Duplicate
Level 2
100% chance to duplicate target voodoo
Level 3
100% chance to duplicate target voodoo with a 50% to duplicate again.
Level 4 (Max)
75% chance to duplicate target voodoo 3 times.
Cost 1 Duplicate per level / per quantity.

That's the basic.

Just kidding. Though still -1.

Too much hideout, too little anything else. I think adding another building to join with another hideout building is too much. Crafting should stay in the Witch Hunt.

Forever voodoo = No
Upgrading Voodoo = No

Tis has already been rejected in one of your previous voodoo suggestions where next curse is upgraded 4x?!

Upgrading voodoo, means that normal voodoo can be better at what they do, without making them legendary.

Forever upgrades are kind of like tech upgrades, but for voodoo.

Crafting and upgrading voodoo can be joined with witch hut, but I just made it apart because this hideout building idea is only for normal voodoo and not legendary, since everyone is so hyped for the legendary voodoo, I don't want to just "cut in the line".

Plus, Shadowood also said this.

I do not think ordinary voodoo should be crafted. Gifts and booster packs should be sufficient sources for this.

I understand that. I still think making ordinary voodoo is a bad idea. You want a specific card? Buy it from the market.

i gotta side with Haron on this. while I would rather enjoy being able to make voodoo I personally need myself, this idea could damage the card market. once a large player fully upgrades this, they would have no need to buy voodoo off the market, or at least not need to rely on the market as much. this would mean any smaller player wanting to sell powerful voodoo they don't really need atm(such as mindbars, or master craftsmanships) would have a harder time selling and may need to lower the price.

In addition to devaluating the voodoo market, the booster packs may also be at risk. Why buy booster packs if you can make the cards yourself? And the booster packs is a vital part of this game's economy.
