Legal to plunder your guildmates?

I noticed a few days ago that PK members are plundering each other in order to decrease their danger rating. I've seen 8 instances in Aiora of RoiLeon, random pandah, Straw Hat Luffy and Chessie attacking eachother. Right now the Aiora Battle report shows RoiLeon attacking both random pandah and Chessie following the Horatio Nelson plunders.

I believe this is not legal since it is, in effect, bypassing the danger rating game mechanic.

The battles between us are not to lower our danger. We are having duels with each other. It is what we do to test each others power. It passes the time when we aren't at war. It is a friendly competition between our guilds. I think it is within the parameters of the game. If not, an option should be made of if you want to duel that person where there is no fame loss or damage to ships. This would be a good improvement to the game.

I asked your guildmates about it at one point and they told me it was a strategy to reduce their danger.

Captain Jack hasn't said whether or not this is illegal so I don't have any problem with it. I'm just asking the question in this thread.

It is not legal. It will be hard coded soon too. It will remain illegal to go round fleet danger penalties.

We have banned accounts for danger evasion before, one was even a very popular account. But his case was pretty obvious as he would create a new multi account and would attack his main fleet with it. Both accounts were banned.

It is currently easy to catch violators. If you suspect such tactic, message #1.

Regarding duels, there is a suggestion already and there will be an implementation in the future. Till then, avoid this as it may get you into trouble.

But yes good call. In similar RPGs it's called slot filling where multiple players would attack another player to fill up his/her war slots to prevent other from gaining a slot to attack him. Slot filling is illegal. It is nothing new and it appears that those who like to engage in such behavior will do if it isn't governed. In principle this is the same thing just in another form. I dare not bat an eyelid considering what guild is doing this. And run by one of your moderators shock horror!

Reading this it is clear that duelling between guild members is still on going. So is it Legal or has a fix been done so as not to alter attack levels.

What about using ambush and then having a duel ?

It's hard coded to where even if you try to attack a guildmate it won't work.

Also, wouldn't what you said be the same as what I said way earlier?

They both qualify as the same thing so are both equally not legal - whether you caused the danger increase or not.

Attacks reduce the DR. That's why duel isn't allowed right ? So that's why I said if we cast an ambush and then attack, then the DR remains the same. And I don't mean attacking guildmates, I talking about having duels with people outside the guild.
