Automated Rank-Up Payouts

Say a nation wants an automated system to pay every time a player ranks up.

ie: Player in US goes from Baron to Count.
Player recieves 1mil gold from treasury.


As well, a nation could be able to set up their own payment system for such and vote on it.

If a growing nation wants to provide an incentive for some I think they should be able to do so.

I do see bigger nations (Egypt) who would probably not want to set this up. But I will let PHX weigh in on that.

+1 this should be voted in as a law and rates set or adjusted and are voted on, similar to how stipend works.

should you include a possible joining bonus if a nation wanted to offer it.
become a citizen bonus

do you include an prize allocation for taking the king spot if the nation wanted to offer it.
overthrow the king bonus

actually any rank past marquee would be subject to that sort of manipulation to drain the treasury.
