Finalizing forthcoming updates

Ahoy all,
There is one certain big feature coming soon and this is Credits Exchange Market. We are on the final stage of development and it should soon become available.
Now, the latest voting in general discussion is pretty old (10 months old) but provided us what the playerbase wants as the next major feature to work on, which came with 2 major answers: Special Crew&First Mate which is a part of Ship Specialization general feature and NAtion Diplomacy. Especially for the latter, we have already released many side-features that will make it possible.
Meanwhile, we have released these features on schedule as well as many other that were not announced or planned but were dimmed important (Bounties for example).
Naturally, our aim is Ship Specialization so next probable feature to work on is Special Crew&First Mate.
However, there are other ideas that could be simultaneously implemented or worked on. Port Buildings is something that seems right to be implemented at this point.
A lot of approved suggestions also need our attention.
Monthly stats/awards/rankings feature and Player awards ceremony are elements we would like to see added as they would also help in our ongoing development of Avonmora Herald restart
Shipwright Technology and further bonuses through Guild Bonuses (not yet a topic for this) have rendered the Hideout Shipwright building obsolete. Of course, the real reason was that having a whole building for improving ship building was deemed as too much.
Pirate Code wars remain an idea on the table, a good one though as they can be comboed with our determination to improve guilds importance: At this link you will also find our latest general thoughts on development.
Finally, we should not forfeit newcomers. We need to improve our retention rates further in order to survive in the long run. Daily missions for everyone, more missions for newcomers, a new major chain quest (like titles) are elements that need to be added sooner than later.
More can be named here but I think these are already enough. As always, the worst problem is deciding what is next and second to this is that the rate of new features should not be too fast. Or at least features that affect gameplay should come in a low implementation rate. This is what we have been doing and this is why there have been so many interface and statistic features implemented recently.
Feel free to suggest your own picks from this list or not (topic in suggestions required - this means the idea must have a finalized form). In this way, I will be able to come with a finalized forthcoming updates announcement in the next few days.
