Allow sticky posts in National Forums

Looked in approved and disapproved suggestion posts and found nothing although I am sure I have seen similar requests.
Having sticky post in national forum would prevent important or informational threads from being forever buried as new threads are created.

You can make it sticky only after posting. Edit the original post in the nation forum and you will see the option to make it sticky.

It's a small button on the top of the forum
