Not sure if this a glitch or not for all, but seems to be for me. I went to use instant turns on fleet #10336. It was less than 10 minutes left in trade route..Said 5 turns would be required to get to next port. So far everything normal, When I clicked on the 5 turns tab it sent my fleet 3 times giving it a danger of + 3. it used 155 turns instead of 5 and traveled 3 times. Anyone else notice this? Or maybe i need a new mouse, Haha

Or an extra finger!
Sorry couldn't resist.
I've noticed weirdness I can't quite put my finger (oops again!)
on as well. Ghost ships stay in port after movements both with Flying Dutchman & after battle.

Avoid double clicks. Always wait for the screen to load. I know you usually never wait and this becomes standard procedure for you. But there will be times that the response will be slow. Still, the game has most probably already processed your request and your pc just lags. So in these cases, just be patient for an extra second till the page loads.
To understand what I am saying, create a new ship. Go to upgrade screen and click fast the upgrade option. You will see that with 1 single page load you can upgrade it to max, just because of multiple clicks.
At your case (3 fingered larry), if there was no double click, you will need to also check your mouse.
Whas swj says about ships staying in port is part of the game mechanism. At the last minute the title from Travelling to Tortuga, becomes Tortuga. When it reaches the port the title becomes Reaching port (something like that, cannot recall). Point is that you will rarely get to see this (probably if you sit staring at hq fleet just before a fleet reaches a port) as all these actions take place in 0.0001 seconds.
So each click counts. Especially if you have a slow connection. You must keep in mind that your click has already been received if your page lags and just wait.
To close this issue, if you find this a problem, we can create a feature that will force your browser to wait till a page load finishes before accepting any new requests.
